The
Keepsakes are a vocal doo-wop group performing the great classic songs
of the 50’s and 60’s, comprised of six entertainers from Casa
Grande, Arizona. The members of the group have varied backgrounds and
musical histories. This singing sextet was formed by professional
entertainer, Christine Deaton. Christine has been a singer, songwriter,
TV host, producer & writer for over 25 years. After watching a video
of some of the original doo-wop groups, she was inspired to keep those
incredible, energizing sounds fresh and reprised for all generations.
The 3 men, Christopher Deaton, Art Deall and Dave Storie and the 3
ladies, Christine Deaton, Roberta Doerges and Cheryl Davis, have the
desire to keep the doo-wop sounds alive in the heart and soul. The
voices and the talents of these remarkable entertainers have proven to
be one of the most successful and requested performing groups in
Arizona. |
